Kimberly Lattimore is a Professional Organizer, Nutritionist, and Health, Fitness & Lifestyle Coach. She is an Army Veteran who attended the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY studying Biomedical Engineering. Kimberly has studied nutrition for more than 25 years and received a Certificate of Recognition from Assembly Woman - Diane L. Harvey for her dedication to health & fitness in the community. For the last 10 years, Kimberly has been involved with pageants as a competitor and judge in national and local competitions. She is a dedicated wife and mother to an amazing husband, 10 wonderful children, who she has home-schooled since birth through high school, and 3, almost 4, precious grandchildren. Her passion is mentoring young women and girls. As a 33-year member at her church, she dedicates and volunteers her time encouraging and coaching teachers on weekends and leads 12 junior high girls in a Life Group weekly. She is gifted in bringing out the potential in people, helping them to discover their purpose in life, and developing their passion.
Athena Fleming won the title of MS. America 2022-23 and promotes her international campaign, Positively Social, which teaches meaningful interactions through media, volunteer, and community events. This proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Biola University and a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California. With over a decade of experience in public relations, Athena is the senior publications editor and media relations officer at USC Annenberg.
Athena is a spokeswoman for Operation Gratitude and collects and sends packages to veterans, active-duty military and first responders. She is also an advocate for the Special Olympics where she serves as a community ambassador with her twin brother, Curtis, who has downs-syndrome. For fun, Athena enjoys watching Dallas Cowboys football, going to Disneyland, and roller skating.
Dr. Dawn Digrius Smith Since is the CEO of DMDS Partners, Inc., a full-service evaluation and applied research corporation focused on providing grant-writing, data analyses, and research activities for the educational and non-profit sectors.
Her career in pageantry began in 1983, competing in the MISS America Pageant system in Huntington Beach, California and earning a Princess title that year. She has also competed in the MRS. America International pageant system as Mrs. Bedminster International 1997.
Dr. Dawn Digrius Smith has competed in the MS. AmericaPageant as MS. Greater California America, and MS. California America in 2019. In 2020, Dr. Digrius Smith competed in the Dr. World competition as Dr. California USA. And won the Dr. United States of America 2022 title, also scoring highest in all competition categories. Her platform is “Stay Safe-Stay Strong” and focuses on education and awareness on the dangers of Human Trafficking. She lives in Altadena, California with her Emmy-winning cinematographer husband Robert F. Smith and enjoys travel, hiking, and tennis.

Darlene Quinn is a two-time pageant winner and titleholder. Crowned Ms. International in 2021 and Classic international Woman in 2018.
Being a model for the last 35 years, Darlene has walked New York Fashion Week five seasons for top designers, including Rian Fernandez who designed Miss Universe’s winning gown this year. Having graced the covers of several magazines, Darlene continues to model in the lifestyle and mature market category.
With a Business Degree from Pepperdine University, Darlene had a long career in the Tech Industry as upper management. Last position being Executive Vice President Business Development, managing high profile Tech Industry Clients in Aerospace, Defense, and Homeland Security Government Contracts.
Now retired, she focuses on Philanthropy and Community Service. In 2022, Darlene received the President’s Volunteer Service Award, and earlier this month received The President’s Lifetime Achievement Award in special ceremony on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Darlene has donated over 8,000 hours in the last decade alone, in volunteer service hours to many non-profits, community needs, and uplifting our Nation.
Darlene’s biggest blessing in life are her two adult children and husband of 29 years.
Ken Herczeg been involved in pageantry since the 1980’s and has served as a judge, tabulator, coordinator, and official photographer for many pageant systems including Miss California USA and the Ms. America Pageant.
A U.S. Army Veteran with high security clearance, he served our country on the front lines as a photographer during the Vietnam War. After serving our country his security credentials qualified him to be the photographer for North American Aviation Apollo Moon Mission.
For over 10 years, he was a Photographer and Associate Photo Editor for the Los Angeles Herald Examiner Newspaper. For 10 years in the 1960's, he did P.R. photography for Disneyland, singer Ray Charles, The Beach Boys, and L.A. Radio Station KFWB.
In the 1970s he started his own successful photography company and was a Commercial Photographer for 33 years in the Los Angeles area consisting of Catalog, Modeling, Head Shot, Wedding, Fashion and
Portrait photography.
